A coin-sized amount between your palms for ten seconds. Cold oil makes the muscle brace, which is the opposite of the point.

Upper back, then calves. One slow pass each, about thirty seconds a side. Slow beats hard every time.

Massager on speed one, fifteen seconds on the knot, then move on. Never over a joint or a bone.

How fast does it ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET on a business day leave the U.S. warehouse the same day, everything else the next morning. Delivery usually takes two to four business days and tracking comes by email.
What if I do not like it?
Email us within 30 days of delivery, opened or not. We cover the return shipping and refund your card within 5 to 10 business days of the parcel reaching us.
Is the oil safe for sensitive skin?
Sweet almond, jojoba and vitamin E, with ginger extract for the warmth. No parabens, no synthetic dye, not tested on animals. With a nut allergy, choose the jojoba-only version, and patch-test on your forearm first either way.
Is the massager loud?
At speeds one to three you can hold a conversation over it. At five it is closer to an electric toothbrush. Most people never go past three.
Can I use these while pregnant or injured?
Ask your doctor first. Percussion massagers are not for use over an injury, a joint, the spine itself or varicose veins, and we would rather you check than guess.
